Safety is the top priority every day, on every RLS Construction job site. Our staff, from the president and management team, to office personnel and field crews understand that nothing is more important than working safely.
Led by our in-house Safety Coordinator and overseen by our project managers and site supervisors, RLS enacts strict safety policies at each work location, to protect our workforce, our subconsultants, our valued clients, and the public. An important part of our safety policies include regular training for everyone on our team so they are utilizing the best practices for minimizing risks, as well as giving them the confidence to identify and mitigate hazards they observe.
Because our employees are family, we want to take the best care of them, so it is imperative that everyone goes home safely at the end of every day!
