RLS Construction Held Topping Off Ceremony at Stroud Mansion

The topping off ceremony was recently held at Stroud Mansion in Stroudsburg, PA. RLS is currently renovating the building for the Monroe County Historical Association. Once completed the expanded facility will permit larger groups to gather for educational and community activities, and will feature improved accessibility and an updated climate control system to preserve the organization's artifacts. The project is anticipated to be completed in December 2024.

RLS Construction Group Renovating the Stroud Mansion

RLS is currently renovating the Stroud Mansion for the Monroe County Historical Association in Stroudsburg, PA. This high-profile project will expand the building to permit larger groups to gather for educational and community activities. Additionally, the work involves improving accessibility and structural integrity of the building, as well as updating the climate control systems to preserve the valuable artifacts for future generations.

CAEDC Relocated to Hampden Township

In September of 2023, the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) moved its offices from downtown Carlisle to 230 South Sporting Hill Road in Mechanicsburg.

RLS Construction Group Renovates Wormleysburg Borough Hall

The RLS team completed interior upgrades to the Wormleysburg Borough Hall. Featuring new lighting, windows, data connections, and accessibility updates, the refreshed building is ready to greet the public. Learn more on page 4 of the Boro Bulletin.

Hampden Township Welcomes RLS Construction Group
